SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by AvaRyan Home Buyers / AvaRyanHomeBuyers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to mobile phone numbers in the United States. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program description
The AvaRyan Home Buyers SMS program sends text messages related to home-selling inquiries and our cash home-buying services. Messages may include:
- Responses to your questions about selling a property
- Follow-ups on offers, appointments, and next steps
- Reminders and status updates about an inquiry or transaction
- Occasional service or marketing follow-ups, only where you have separately opted in
This is a low-volume, conversation-based customer-care program for people who contact us about a property or separately opt in. We do not use it for unsolicited bulk texts or cold-blast campaigns. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation. You may receive multiple messages in a short period while an offer or appointment is active, and fewer messages at other times.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking a consent box, replying to a confirmation, or otherwise clearly opting in), you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from AvaRyan Home Buyers at that number about your inquiry, requested follow-up, or the services described above. If you separately opt in to marketing, you may also receive occasional marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of selling your property to us or of receiving a cash offer.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, or that you have authority to consent for that number.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to texts you send or receive. Check your wireless plan for details. We do not charge a separate fee for the SMS program, but your carrier might.
4. Opt out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also email ryan@avaryanhomebuyers.com or ava@avaryanhomebuyers.com to request removal from SMS.

6. Supported carriers
The program should work with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device settings.
7. Privacy
We treat mobile numbers and SMS content as personal information under our Privacy Policy. We use that information to provide the messaging program and related home-buying services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers (such as our CRM, currently HighLevel, and SMS delivery partners) may process messages on our behalf.
8. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the SMS program.
9. Changes to the program
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If the program ends, we may send a final notice where practical.
